We're Ion, Serg, and Evelina from Moldova, bringing you authentic Eastern European flavors in every protein-forward bowl.

We are Ion, Serg, and Evelina, originally from Moldova, a charming Eastern European country nestled between Romania and Ukraine. Our mission is to share the incredible flavors from our childhood through our signature BingeBowl concept - protein-forward rice bowls that you simply won't be able to stop eating! We focus on takeout and delivery, ensuring our food travels well and reheats perfectly, so you can enjoy authentic Moldovan cuisine at home while binge-watching your favorite shows.

Ion - Executive Chef & Mastermind

Ion grew up in a traditional Moldovan village where cooking from scratch was a way of life. From age 14, he discovered his passion for cooking and baking, eventually pursuing a culinary career that took him around the world on cruise ships. During his travels, he carefully preserved his grandmother's recipes, knowing that someday he would share authentic Moldovan cuisine with the world. His dream became reality when he met Evelina and Sergiu here in the United States.

Serg and Evelina are the successful owners of Bikeeny Caffe, a beloved local coffee shop in Malden. When Ion invited them for dinner and they experienced his incredible cooking firsthand, they knew they had to work together. Their partnership began with friendship and a shared vision to bring quality, authentic food to their community. BingeBowl represents their commitment to serving exceptional cuisine with the same care they put into their coffee shop.

What started as BingeBowl was originally going to be 'Bikeeny After Hours' - the same passionate people serving quality food at the same trusted location. However, we decided to create BingeBowl as its own unique concept with a distinct menu that celebrates Moldovan cuisine. This allows us to focus entirely on bringing you the most authentic Eastern European flavors while maintaining the high standards you expect from the Bikeeny team.
